Tutorials

• At ICAPS 2024 I gave a tutorial on HTN Planning as part of the ICAPS 2024 Summer School. Material (most likely including the recording) will be provided after the event.
• At ICAPS 2018 I gave a tutorial on HTN Planning, together with my former colleague Daniel Höller. The tutorial had two parts, each talking 90 minutes.

Session Chairing at Conferences

• ICAPS 2024, for the theory track.
• AAAI 2023 (in-person again!), for the AAAI journal track session.
• ICAPS 2021 (online), for the session on HTN planning. (Twice, to suit all time zones.)
• ICAPS 2019, session on hybrid planning and algorithm selection.
• HPlan 2018-2024. I was always acting as the session (workshop) chair.

Acting as Guest Editor

• I was a guest editor for the journal KI - Künstliche Intelligenz for the Special Issue on Companion-Technologies, which appeared in February 2016. Springer website. For its editorial and survey of the field see my publication list.

Publicity

• I created a website for Hierarchical Task Network (HTN) planning which hopefully helps grow this subfield. :)
• I also created a website for the IPC 2020 on HTN planning, which I co-organized as well.

Other

• I was a mentor for two PhD students at the ICAPS Doctoral Consortium (DC) 2024.
