Nader started his PhD in June 2024. His panel consists of me, Pascal, as his panel chair and primary supervisor as well as of Associate Prof. Nir Lipovetzky and Assistant Professor Christian Muise as associate supervisors.
Nader got hired for my DECRA 2024 and thus "has to" 😊 work on the promised research goals, which are all concerned with providing modelling support for the creation of planning models. (He does so with Yifan Zhang, who started shortly after Nader and also works towards the same project.) Nader will most likely focus on more practical aspects of the project, i.e., devising algorithms required to obtain the desired support. He will cover both hierarchical as well as classical (non-hierarchical) planning, though will likely focus more on classical planning.
