I use Zenodo for all software artifacts produced in my papers, e.g.,
Note that these are all just snapshots for scientific transparency. For actually using the software (or benchmarks) you should refer to the latest version, which you will find on a github, linked in the respective paper.
I also have supplementary material, usually additional examples, or detailed proofs. They are either technical reports published by Universities or Zenodo repositories.
